We ourselves provide a large number of courses and certification programmes involving the software and platforms that we work with. In addition to formal training and traditional competence groups, different forums, activities and mechanisms are used to generate new competence on an on-going basis. Naturally, work in the Open Source community is something that is encouraged.

We are a pan-Nordic, distributed organisation - our closest colleagues are often located in other office buildings or cities. To make up for this, each location offers a number of social forums where colleagues meet regularly in different contexts.
