Redpill Linpro’s operating services are housed at TDC Norge, in premises that meet the strictest requirements for security and infrastructure. We can also operate your systems in your own premises, as we do for one of the country’s largest fund managers. This type of operating services spans from strengthening your organization to full operational responsibility.
The IT operating services include:
- continuous monitoring of load, stability and performance, and proposals for any upgrades/tuning
- monitoring whether software functions in accordance with the agreed service level
- upgrading of basic software to keep the system stable and updated
- installing and tuning software and databases for optimum utilization of the hardware
- reestablishment if the solution doesn’t function as normal, and start up following power cuts
Redpill Linpro can also manage routine system administration tasks.
