Redpill Linpro’s ITIL orientated AM concept is adapted to the customer’s needs and the commission can include the following components.

Redpill Linpro often provides relevant development, testing and staging environment operations within the framework of the commission, and we also perform commissions to operate the production environment.
Where the solution is built upon Open Source components Redpill Linpro can also give support by supplementing the total engagement with a support agreement.
Via Redpill Linpro’s AM concept a number of tools for incident management, event management, reporting are provided, as is, of course, a complete environment for planned development, including all relevant development tools, version management, system for building and deployment, continuous integration and Wikis, which cover all documentation. Since the entire development environment is based on Open Source, this also gives the customer a complete development and management platform to which he has free user rights. They are therefore not locked in.
Some of the criteria that differs Redpill Linpro’s AM concept from others’ are:
- The solutions through which Redpill Linpro delivers AM services are often based on Open Source components. Redpill Linpro has special competence in these components, which means extra security and value for the customer
- Development orientated work, whether this is planned or unplanned, is always performed by active developers. We do not believe in the thesis of using special management programmers. On the contrary, our most capable developers continuously work on management in order to better create a manageable program code
- All planned development work occurs according to mobile models; SCRUM, Wiki centred documentation models, etc
- All management work shall, as far as possible, be based on Test Driven Development and Continuous Integration in order to increase quality, delivery precision and manageability in the long term and to lower costs.
