If professional organizations are to be able to use an Open Source product, it is a prerequisite that there is a party who can act as a guarantee that it will function and also take responsibility in the event that a problem arises. For this reason we can confirm that what is often known as “the aftermarket” is one of Redpill’s absolute core areas.

The major challenge with Open Source software is how to provide a support service that is of sufficient quality that customers are prepared to pay for it, despite the fact that they are not compelled to use the software?

Redpill Linpro provides support and helpdesk services for Linux and other selected solutions based on Open Source software. In addition we are a product independent support supplier for selected third party solutions, for example Red Hat’s products. In addition to providing support for operating systems, Redpill Linpro similarly provides support for web servers, databases and others.
