Helpdesk for Linux and Redpill Linpro’s own products

Redpill Linpro’s helpdesk provides support for the company’s own popular solutions:

  • Multiframe (thin client solution) – framework for management of thin clients with approximately 15,000 installed users in Norway
  • Varnish (web-accelerator) – significantly reduces the need for hardware if you have a web place with high traffic
  • Bifrost (print solution) – “follow me printing” based on a centralized printer queue and magnetic card for all operating systems

Redpill Linpro is the administrator of support agreements for many major distributors of Open Source software, including Red Hat, MySQL and SuSE. Redpill Linpro will continue this work. In the case of Red Hat solutions, support occurs in collaboration with Red Hat.

In addition to the best provision from these players, we provide local, Norwegian support. This also mean that organizations who have several different Linux distributions can obtain a sort of superstructure of support services, which means that they have one place to turn to.

For the present, opening times for Redpill Linpro’s helpdesk will be 0800-1600 on all weekdays. Extensions may be considered if there is a demand for longer opening times. The support function will also include support and maintenance agreements performed in accordance with the development commission and which are tailor made by Linpro’s consultants.
