Redpill Linpro delivers strong margins

2026-04-28
Redpill Linpro, the digital societies builder provider of consultancy services, cloud operations and reselling products with a focus on open source and digital sovereignty, today presents its results for 2025. The company demonstrates stable profitability, with particular strength in its own consultancy operations.

Redpill Linpro reported a profit of SEK 73 million on revenue of SEK 670 million for 2025. This represents a margin of approximately 11 per cent, whilst the in-house consultancy division – the company’s core business – achieved a margin of 14 per cent on its own. The company, which operates in Sweden, Norway and Denmark, has maintained a stable workforce of around 300 employees since the turn of the year 2023/2024. The fact that the workforce has remained intact underscores the company’s stability in an otherwise challenging economic climate.

I am very pleased that we continue to demonstrate strength in our core area. Our consultants’ experience, deep technical expertise and specialist knowledge are crucial to our clients’ success. The fact that we have managed to maintain healthy profit margins and retain our workforce despite a challenging market is a clear result of our efforts to tailor our offering to market needs, says Henrik Gavelli, President and CEO of Redpill Linpro.

In 2025, Redpill Linpro continued to develop its offering to meet the growing demand for digital services from both the public and private sectors. Following its expansion into additional business areas, the company now offers comprehensive consultancy services in digital society building, including system development, infrastructure, cloud services, analytics, digital business support, IT management and cybersecurity.

AI deliveries are increasing

The AI sector continues to grow and is now integrated as a natural part of all the company’s projects. AI accelerates the pace of development, leading to faster transformation and enabling more digitalisation projects to be completed in a shorter time. To meet future skills needs, Redpill Linpro is now evaluating new delivery models where staff and AI agents work side by side.

AI has fundamentally changed what is possible within digitalisation. As opportunities increase, businesses increasingly need help navigating which projects to prioritise. Here we see a growing need to combine senior developer expertise with methods for managing a higher degree of automation, with agents carrying out parts of the work, continues Henrik Gavelli.

Focus on digital sovereignty

Demand for digital sovereignty, Nordic cloud services and solutions for secure digital collaboration has increased significantly. During 2025 and early 2026, the company has carried out several major projects in this area and anticipates continued high demand going forward.

In a time marked by geopolitical uncertainty, Redpill Linpro acts as a strategic partner for organisations that need to strengthen their digital resilience. We provide both advisory services and practical implementation, with our Redpill Linpro Nordic Cloud offering often forming the foundation. We see significant business potential in Europe’s pursuit of digital sovereignty, where open source plays a central role as an enabler, concludes Henrik Gavelli.
