Use case
Have you been implementing your Salesforce solution without giving more thought to accessibility? Do you want to better assess how you’re doing in terms of accessibility - and whether you meet legal requirements such as the European Accessibility Act (tillgänglighetslagen)?
Description
As digital accessibility regulations like the Swedish Accessibility Act continue to expand in scope and enforcement, it's increasingly important to prioritise accessibility from both a compliance and user experience perspective - for both your internal users and your customers.
Let us evaluate the level of accessibility in your current Salesforce solution, as well as give your users and developers feedback and practical advice on how to ensure and maintain accessibility. We can also offer you training and accessibility resources.
Structure on offering
We will conduct workshops and analysis, user training and resource sharing. The duration of this offering will depend on scope, for example you can request this offering as an add-on to run in parallel with a new or existing Salesforce implementation project.
Output
Documentation from each workshop, an overall Accessibility Report, and educational accessibility resources
What we will assess
- Customer-facing interfaces (e.g. Experience Cloud sites)
- Internal interfaces (e.g. Page Layouts)
- Component accessibility (e.g. HTML and CSS in Lightning Web Components)
